The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our international confectionery export sales. This includes nurturing existing overseas clients and acquiring new buyers through B2B platforms like Alibaba and direct outreach. The ideal candidate is target-driven, has good communication skills, and is passionate about building global business.

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Client Management:* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing international clients to ensure repeat orders and strong relationships
- *New Business Development:* Generate leads and acquire new clients through Alibaba, IndiaMART, trade directories, exhibitions, and cold calling/emailing
- *Export Sales:* Handle end-to-end sales process for confectionery products - inquiry to order closure
- *Quotations & Negotiations:* Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms with buyers
- *Documentation:* Coordinate with operations team for PI, packing list, shipping documents, and order tracking
- *Market Research:* Track market trends, competitor pricing,



and identify recent opportunities in target countries
- *Reporting:* Maintain CRM/Excel records of leads, follow-ups, and sales targets. Share weekly sales reports
- *Customer Service:* Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication across time zones

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
- *Experience:* 1-3 years in export sales, preferably in FMCG/Confectionery/Food products
- *Platforms:* Hands-on experience with Alibaba, IndiaMART, LinkedIn for lead generation
- *Skills:* Excellent written + verbal communication in English. Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- *Knowledge:* Basic understanding of export documentation and shipping process is a plus
- *Traits:* Self-motivated, target-oriented, professional email etiquette, able to work in a fast-paced environment
