Role Description
The Content Creator will design and produce engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels, aligned with client brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming and planning content ideas, creating short-form and long-form posts, scripting and collaborating on video content, and repurposing content across formats. The role also involves researching audience interests, analyzing performance metrics, and refining content based on results and feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun,



requiring close collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.

Qualifications
- Ability to create clear, compelling written content across formats such as captions, posts, scripts, and newsletters.
- Skill in visual storytelling, including basic photo/video composition, social media graphics, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Comfort with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or equivalents) and understanding of organic growth best practices.
- Solid research and analytical skills to understand target audiences, industry trends, and content performance data.
- Attention to detail, including proofreading, fact-checking, and maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital market
