Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Java Spring Boot / Oracle Project Lead
to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application development using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Guide development teams through design, coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Design and optimize Oracle database structures, SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and SDLC processes.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies,



and project issues.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Support production releases, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading development teams or projects.
- Basic React understanding is required
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java (8/11/17+)
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
- RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture
- Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Maven
- Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- JUnit and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with performance tuning and database optimization.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience with event-drive
