Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support the organization's legal and compliance functions. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling vendor and property-related agreements, and coordinating with external legal counsel when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various agreements including:
- Vendor Agreements
- Lease and Rental Agreements
- Service Agreements
- NDAs
- Employment-related documents
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.

Legal Compliance
- Monitor compliance with applicable corporate, labor, retail, and commercial laws.
- Support maintenance of statutory records, licenses, registrations, and renewals.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with FSSAI, Shops & Establishments Act, and other relevant regulations.





Litigation & Dispute Management
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters.
- Track ongoing legal cases and maintain relevant documentation.
- Prepare legal notices, responses, and case summaries.

Property & Lease Management
- Review property documents and lease agreements for retail stores.
- Conduct legal due diligence for recent store acquisitions and renewals.
- Coordinate with landlords and stakeholders on legal documentation.

Legal Research & Advisory
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal opinions.
- Keep management updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.

Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain legal documents, contracts, and compliance trackers.
- Create and manage a centralized legal repository.

Required Qualifications
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years of experience in legal and compliance functi
