Position: Sales Executive (US Shift)

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) – 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (IST)

Employment Type: Full-time

EdifyChamps is a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to providing high-quality online education and career guidance to students across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and confident Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls using assigned leads.
- Present and promote EdifyChamps' educational programs and services to parents and students.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Schedule demo sessions with academic experts and ensure smooth coordination.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, business development, or customer support is preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
