At Porcellia, performance marketing isn’t a back-office function. It’s a front-line growth engine. You’ll be working on high-AOV D2C brands in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, where every experiment matters, every insight compounds, and every win scales fast.

If you enjoy the moment when a hypothesis turns into a breakout ad, and dashboards feel more like maps than math, you’ll feel at home here.

Your job is simple to describe, hard to master:

Make ads that scale profitably, repeatedly.

What you’ll actually do
- Plan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns across
Meta & Google
- Translate raw performance data into
explicit actions and experiments
- Build and maintain
creative testing frameworks

(hooks, formats, angles, audiences)
- Work closely with designers, editors, and copy to create ads people stop scrolling for




- Own core performance metrics:
CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR
- Diagnose what’s broken, double down on what’s working, and kill what’s not
- Stay sharp on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad formats
- Think beyond “running ads” and contribute to
full-funnel growth strategy

Who is this role for
Junior Performance Marketers (1 - 2 years)

- You’re comfortable juggling multiple brands or large accounts
- You can balance creative intuition with analytical rigour
