About the Role

Surendra Group is looking for an experienced Procurement & Store Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction procurement, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage inventory and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and regional vendors.
- Source materials at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage purchase orders, quotations, and supplier documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate store records.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure material availability.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and prepare inventory reports.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement and store management within the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Good network and knowledge of local vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
