Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution and MD in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Occupational Health, or Community Medicine).
- Valid medical license/registration and a strong understanding of clinical best practices and medical ethics.
- Experience in occupational health, corporate health programs, or hospital/clinic settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret medical data, prepare clear reports, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR teams, management, and employees.
- Comfort working in a structured corporate setting, with attention to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple cases and initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated on medical guidelines, workplace health regulations, and emerging health trends.
