We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence across India. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience in industrial products, packaging, printing, specialty materials, or related industries.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and customer visits.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business.
- Develop strategic plans to increase market share.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities and customer requirements.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.

Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly business reviews.
- Track sales pipeline, quotations, order conversion, and collections.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Support new product launches and marketing initiatives.
