About the Role

Plazza is a fast-growing quick-commerce platform delivering medicines to customers in minutes. We're looking for Customer Delight Champions to join our customer support team — the voice of Plazza for every customer who reaches out. This is a ticket-resolution, inbound support role where you'll own every customer interaction during your shift and ensure they walk away with a resolution, not just a response.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in voice-based customer support (telecalling/BPO/contact centre).
- Fluent English, plus proficiency in at least one of Hindi or Kannada (any 2 languages mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Genuine customer empathy and a resolution-first, ownership mindset.




- Comfortable working from office, 6 days/week on a rotational roster, including night shifts.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Age group: 22–26 years.

Significant Skills
- Prior experience in customer support for a quick-commerce, e-commerce, or delivery-based business.
- Composure and patience while handling stressed or upset customers (medicine delivery is often urgent/sensitive).
- Objection handling and de-escalation skills.
- Basic comfort with CRM/ticketing/helpdesk tools and multitasking across systems while on a call.
- Process discipline — following SOPs and escalation matrices consistently.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medicine delivery domain.
- Exposure to quick-commerce industry (10 minutes grocery delivery apps, Food delivery apps etc.).
- Familiarity with call-centre/CRM software (Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar).
