Sales Lead - Noida

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead our business expansion pan India. The ideal candidate will be a "hunter" with deep roots in IT sales, responsible for penetrating new markets, managing a localised team, and driving revenue from end customers in the education, corporate and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and capture business opportunities in B Category towns and state regions. Focus on end-customer acquisition for high-value IT infrastructure projects.
- Revenue Generation: Drive the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals in AI infrastructure, networking, data security, server storage, AMC/FMS services and other business areas of Fore Solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a compact team of 3 - 5 professionals, including Pre-sales and Technical Support, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions,



industrial houses and state departments.
- Reporting & Strategy: Align regional sales goals with the corporate vision. Provide regular market intelligence and sales forecasts directly to the Head Office in Chandigarh.
- Principal Relations: Work closely with technology partners (OEMs) to leverage their support for regional bidding and large-scale deployments.

Required Candidate Profile
- Industry Experience: 8 to 20 years of solid experience in IT Hardware/Infrastructure Sales. Direct experience in System Integration (SI) is highly preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of handling "End Customer" sales rather than just channel sales. Familiarity with large corporate procurement processes and government tenders is a plus.
- Regional Expertise: Robust understanding of the business landscape in state capitals and industrial hubs.
- Technical Familiarity: High-level understanding of AI Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud C
