Role Description
The
Patient Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

This role involves guiding patients through their treatment journey, explaining physiotherapy procedures, and helping them understand their diagnosis and rehabilitation plans.

The Patient Counselor will conduct initial patient intake interviews, gather medical and lifestyle information, and coordinate closely with physiotherapists to schedule sessions and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, addressing patient queries, providing emotional support, and ensuring clear communication between patients and clinical staff. The role also includes educating patients on home exercise compliance, clinic policies, and available services, while contributing to a positive and qualified patient experience.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain clinical information in clear, patient-friendly language.
- Customer service and patient support skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and building trust.




- Organizational and administrative abilities, such as managing appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with clinical staff.
- Basic understanding of physiotherapy concepts or healthcare processes, with the ability to learn clinic protocols and treatment pathways.
- Proficiency in using computers and clinic management software; comfort with maintaining digital records and documentation.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in psychology, healthcare, social work, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, or counseling environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
