Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hostel, maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
- Oversee daily activities such as meal planning, laundry services, and maintenance tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters, personal issues, or any other concerns they may have.
- Develop strong relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and updates on student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior reports, and other relevant documents.
