We're looking for a driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow our presence across online marketplaces.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager who owns the complete online growth of our brand — across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant portals), our own website, and performance marketing on Google, Meta, and marketplace ad platforms. This is a leadership role:



you will lead a small team of 2–3 executives, be fully accountable for online sales, traffic, and overall brand growth, and work directly with the founders to build and scale the brand's presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals — listings, content, catalog, pricing, inventory, and dispatch coordination.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and marketplace ad platforms (Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads) to improve ROI/ROAS and drive sales.

• Drive traffic, conversions, and sales growth on the brand's own website, alongside marketplace channels.

• Own overall brand management online — ensuring consistent brand positioning, pricing, and presentation across marketplaces, website, and social media.
