We are looking for an experienced and organized Ward Incharge / Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team and oversee daily operations at our hospital in Amroha. The ideal candidate will combine clinical excellence with outstanding managerial skills to maintain high standards of patient care, ensure strict protocol compliance, and foster a cooperative working environment. [1]Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Assign daily patient duties, manage nursing staff shifts, and create efficient weekly/monthly Duty Rosters.
- Ward Administration: Oversee daily ward cleanliness, ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed, and maintain overall discipline. [1, 2, 3]
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage the stock levels of critical medicines, surgical consumables, and medical equipment to ensure zero shortages. [1]
- Quality & Infection Control: Implement and monitor strict infection control protocols and NABH safety guidelines across all shifts.
- Doctor-Patient Coordination:



Coordinate smoothly with attending doctors, manage consultants' rounds, and address any grievances raised by patients or their families.
- Training & Reporting: Guide and mentor junior nurses/interns, evaluate staff performance, and prepare accurate daily incident and handover reports for management.

Required Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate degree or diploma in B.Sc Nursing or GNM.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years of active clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 years in a senior or supervisory role (Team Lead/Senior Nurse/Incharge). [1]
- License: Must possess an active and valid registration with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council (INC).
- Core Competencies: Strong team leadership, excellent conflict-resolution skills, effective communication, and crisis-management capabilities.
