Role Description
The Relationship Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to understand their loan requirements, recommend suitable products, and guide them through the borrowing process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and growing client relationships,



coordinating with partner financial institutions, collecting and verifying documentation, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursal. The role involves explaining loan terms and conditions, addressing client queries, and providing ongoing support on issues related to taxation, insurance, and repayment. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to business development activities, including lead follow-up, pipeline management, and local market outreach.
