Role Description
The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems for startup clients, translating product requirements into robust, manufacturable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models and drawings, performing design analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and iterating designs based on feedback and testing. The role involves guiding junior engineers, reviewing designs for quality and compliance with standards, and contributing to design reviews and documentation. The engineer will work closely with clients to understand technical needs, propose design improvements, and support prototype builds and production ramp-up. This is a full-time remote role, requiring strong communication and self-management skills to coordinate effectively across distributed teams.
