Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil to lead and manage large-scale commercial, residential, and high-rise (G+25 and above) construction projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Mivan shuttering technology and a proven track record of executing projects from inception to final handover. The candidate must possess robust leadership, planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects, from planning and mobilization to project handover.
- Lead construction execution of G+25 and above buildings using Mivan shuttering/formwork technology.
- Prepare project execution plans, construction schedules, manpower planning,



and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of work and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor contractor performance, certify work progress, and verify bills in coordination with the billing team.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
