Cost & Budgeting: Manage operational costs, capital expenditures, and material waste to hit financial goals.

Team Leadership: Hire, train,



and mentor department managers and staff to build a high-performance work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field.

Experience: 10 to 15+ years in manufacturing operations, with several years in a senior leadership or plant management role.

Salary = 60k to 80k Per month

Core Competencies: Solid knowledge of supply chain control, machine maintenance planning, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance.
