Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Architect Manager to lead architectural design, planning, and execution for premium residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete design lifecycle, coordinate with consultants and cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and deliver innovative, functional, and cost-effective design solutions within project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from concept to execution.
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, NBC, fire safety norms, and statutory approvals.
- Review design quality, specifications, and construction details for accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with project management and site teams to resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Optimize space planning, aesthetics, sustainability,



and cost efficiency in project designs.
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering to enhance project quality and reduce costs.
- Ensure projects are delivered as per approved timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
- Mentor junior architects and support design excellence across projects.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 9+ years of experience in architectural design within the real estate industry.
- Experience in residential and commercial development projects is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of building regulations, DCR, NBC, and statutory approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
