Primacy In-Home Care Private Limited is a Kottayam-based home healthcare company providing elder care, patient care, post-hospital care, and qualified caregiver services to families across Kerala. We also run a structured caregiver training program supported by the National Skill India Mission (NSIM). We are building Kerala's most trusted home healthcare brand.

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for both our home care client enquiries and our caregiver training program enquiries, converting leads into appointments/admissions. This is a client-facing, target-driven role critical to our growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiry calls from prospective home care clients and their family members (including NRI family members based abroad)




- Handle inbound enquiry calls from prospective caregiver training program candidates
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads at defined intervals, across both business lines
- Explain home care service packages, pricing tiers, and schedule assessment visits
- Explain training program details, fees, and batch schedules; guide candidates through admission
- Maintain a daily call log and lead register with outcome/status of each call, for both business lines
- Coordinate with the operations and training teams to schedule visits/admissions
- Follow up with clients/candidates through the defined follow-up cadence
- Escalate unresolved queries or complaints to the HR Manager / MD
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality — this role involves discussing sensitive health and family situations

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer service (healthcare, insurance, or BFSI background prefer
