About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Group Head – Copy to develop compelling brand communication and digital-first campaigns. This is an Individual Contributor role responsible for ideating, writing, and delivering impactful copy across multiple digital platforms while collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Copywriting
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for digital and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging copy for social media, websites, landing pages, digital films, performance marketing, CRM, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital assets.
- Create brand narratives, campaign messaging, taglines, scripts, and both long-form and short-form content.
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and business goals.




Campaign Development
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Client Servicing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and campaign rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Review and refine content to maintain quality, consistency, and creativity.
- Manage multiple brands and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
Innovation & Brand Storytelling
- Stay updated on digital trends, consumer behaviour, and content best practices.
- Bring creative ideas and fresh creative thinking to every campaign.
- Develop content strategies that enhance brand engagement and business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 7–10+ years of experience in Copywriting within a Digital Advertising, Creative, or Integrated Marketing
