Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational data, preparing MIS reports, coordinating transportation activities, managing cloud-based records, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain MIS reports and operational data.
- Manage cloud documents, e-Way Bills, e-PODs, and transport records.
- Track shipments and coordinate with customers and transport partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor delivery performance and support process improvements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or data management.
- Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
