Job Summary

The Branch Sales Manager – Current Account is responsible for driving acquisition of Current Account (CA) customers, increasing CASA balances, and achieving branch sales targets. The role focuses on sourcing recent-to-bank customers, deepening relationships with existing clients, managing a sales team, and collaborating with branch and product teams to deliver superior customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Current Account acquisition through direct sales, referrals, and market sourcing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Current Account and CASA targets.
- Generate leads from local markets, business communities, SMEs, corporates, and professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers to increase wallet share.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Trade Finance,



Cash Management Services, POS, Payment Solutions, Insurance, and Digital Banking.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and identify opportunities for account deepening.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of sales executives and relationship officers.
- Ensure high-quality customer onboarding in compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with branch operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and servicing.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market share.
- Maintain accurate sales MIS and submit periodic performance reports.
