Yoosha Ergonomics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Proposal & Estimation Executive to join the Bangalore team. The role involves preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial quotations based on customer layouts and project requirements.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Review customer layouts, drawings, and project requirements.
- Prepare BOQs from AutoCAD and PDF layouts.
- Prepare cost estimates and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, R&D;, and Factory teams.
- Revise BOQs and quotations based on project changes.
- Maintain quotation and project documentation.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and timely submission of proposals.
*Qualifications*
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
*Required Skills*
- AutoCAD
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- MS Office
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/furniture layout drawings.
- BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of modular office furniture is preferred.
- Odoo ERP knowledge is an added advantage (training will be provided).
