Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Design Engineer will develop and refine designs for boring tools, reamers, tool holders, fixtures, and related products, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and safety requirements.



Daily responsibilities include creating and updating CAD models and drawings, performing design calculations, collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams, and supporting prototyping and testing activities. The role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and durability. The Design Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and adherence to company standards and environmental, health, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Design Engineering and Product Design, with the ability to develop practical, manufacturable tooling solutions.
- Mechanical Engineering skills, including knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems relevant to precision tools.
