About the Role

I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive Social Media & Content Assistant to help grow my personal brand across TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat. This role involves editing videos, creating engaging content, researching trends, and helping increase audience engagement.

If you enjoy social media, understand short-form content, and love creating viral videos, I’d love to work with you.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and trending effects.
- Research trending topics, sounds, and viral content ideas.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts.
- Design simple thumbnails and graphics when needed.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor comments and audience engagement.
- Track weekly performance metrics such as views, followers, engagement, and watch time.




- Suggest new content ideas based on current trends.
- Help improve overall audience growth and engagement.

Requirements
- Experience editing short-form videos.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat algorithms.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media.

Nice to Have
- Graphic design experience (Canva or Photoshop).
- Experience growing personal brands.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or other content creation tools.
