Role Description
The Business Operations Lead is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations to support growth and efficiency in the solar energy segment. This position coordinates cross-functional activities between sales, project delivery, and service teams, ensuring that processes run smoothly from lead generation through installation and after-sales support.
The role includes monitoring operational performance, managing project timelines, optimizing workflows, and implementing standard operating procedures. The Business Operations Lead will analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, prepare operational reports for leadership, and support strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and business scalability. This role also involves collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement across the organization.
