PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The person in this position plays a crucial role in end-to-end production processes from order to delivery, focusing on ensuring that our clients receive high-quality products. This includes assisting in planning production schedules, monitoring ongoing work and timelines, conducting quality checks, communicating timely updates, problem-solving, and addressing post-delivery issues to uphold our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. The role requires systematic coordination with design, sales,
and manufacturing teams and is ideal for a process- and detail-oriented individual with a passion for furniture products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
CORE PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning production schedules for all vendors across the production line (carpentry, polishing, upholstery, metal work)
Coordinate commissioning meetings with vendors, and prepare job orders
Assist Design in commissioning work to vendors
Consistently update production trackers & softwares on a daily basis
Ensure timely material requisitioning and allocation, including hardware and glass
Monitor the production line on a daily basis and ensure the smooth flow of work in a timely manner
Conduct regular inspections during and post production to ensure high-quality of products
Assist in problem-solving during production
Coordinate the creation of all finish samples
Assist in coordinating logistics/deliveries
