Role Description
The Customer Support Intern role is a remote internship focused on assisting users of the CosmoQuick platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other support channels, guiding users through account setup and platform features, and troubleshooting common issues. The intern will document recurring questions, escalate complex problems to senior support staff,



and contribute to improving help resources such as FAQs and user guides. This role also involves gathering user feedback, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with product and operations teams to enhance the overall user experience.
