Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller / Presales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Candidates with prior experience in the construction or real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads through telephonic conversations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.




- Maintain customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead management and campaign follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a results-oriented approach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in Telecalling, Presales
