Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Quality Manager to support quality control and assurance across production and inspection processes. The role will help ensure products and processes meet required standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across operations.
- Conduct inspections, checks, and quality documentation.
- Identify defects, report issues, and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and other teams to improve process quality.
- Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering assembly and manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
