Position:
Business Development Executive – Real Estate / Redevelopment

Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Real Estate / Business Management).
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience
in sales, business development, or real estate can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi.Key Respo

nsibilities:
- Identify and connect with
housing societies, developers, and landowners
for redevelopment opportunities.
- Generate and manage
leads for PMC and consultancy services.
- Conduct
presentations, meetings, and follow-ups
with clients.




- Coordinate with
legal, technical, and marketing teams
for proposal preparation.
- Maintain and update the
CRM / client database.
- Support in
tendering, documentation, and negotiation processes.
- Assist in organizing
client workshops, redevelopment awareness programs, and exhibitions.Skills Required:
- Strong
communication, networking, and relationship-building
skills.
- Understanding of
real estate, redevelopment, and PMC industry.
- Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
