We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join us part time and lead our search operations across all active mandates.

Lead Recruiter

Location:
Remote, anywhere in India - Great for people returning to work. Encouraged to apply.

Hours:
12pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Type:
Part-time, ongoing

Base:
₹25,000 per month

Commission:
10% of CultureCareers' placement fee on every role you personally close

What you will do
- Run full recruitment searches across active mandates from brief to placement
- Source candidates actively through LinkedIn, direct outreach, and your own network
- Conduct screening calls and assess candidates before any profile goes to a client
- Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for client presentation
- Attend and lead client meetings to present candidates and manage feedback




- Negotiate salary and offer terms between clients and candidates through to joining
- Onboard new clients and confidently explain CultureCareers' process and fee structure
- Manage candidate communication throughout with professionalism and care

You are right for this if you have
- 4 to 8 years of recruitment experience at an agency or in a talent acquisition role
- Run full-cycle searches independently - brief, source, screen, present, close
- Confident in client-facing conversations with founders, HR heads, and senior professionals
- Strong understanding of Indian CTC structures, offer negotiation, and placement lifecycle
- Your own sourcing tools and an active professional network
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Genuine interest in the arts, culture, or creative sector
