About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven business development executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales, and relationship management. If you enjoy interacting with clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, inside sales, or client acquisition.
