About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven
Cluster Manager
to lead the operations and business performance of our Delhi retail network.



The role will be responsible for managing two luxury boutiques, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen the brand's presence in the Delhi market.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in luxury retail with a strong understanding of client relationship management, team leadership, operational excellence, and local market development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance
- Own the sales, profitability, and overall performance of both Delhi boutiques.
- Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor store KPIs including sales conversion, average order value (AOV), units per transaction (UPT), footfall conversion, repeat customers, and productivity.
- Analyze sales trends and implement corrective actions to maximize business
