- Own end-to-end payroll accuracy and timely processing
- Drive labour law compliance across all business locations
- Ensure vendor compliance is complete and audit-ready
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain disciplined documentation with zero compliance gaps
- Protect the organization from payroll and statutory risks

This is not a payroll processing role. It is a governance, compliance, and business continuity role.
