Coordinator – Celebrity Outreach (Podcast) | Mumbai**

Stars N Celebs is India's first Artist Identity Platform — helping performing artists get discovered, get booked, and get paid, with zero commission. We also run Baaton Baaton Mein (BBM), our talk-show property featuring celebrity and artist guests.

We're looking for a driven, well-connected Coordinator to lead celebrity and artist outreach for BBM. If you love the chase — cold outreach, negotiation, and landing a "yes" from people who are hard to reach — this is for you.

**What You'll Do:**

→ Identify, pitch, and book celebrity and artist guests for our podcast every week

→ Manage the full outreach cycle: research, first contact, coordination, , scheduling, pre-shoot coordination

→ Create attractive pitch decks, one-pagers, and outreach posters to win over guests and their managers

→ Build and maintain a guest pipeline across tiers — celebrities, artists, and influencers

→ Brief every guest to promote Stars N Celebs and BBM/ our podcast on their own social channels





→ Track guest-to-subscription conversion with our marketing team

→ Maintain relationships with guest managers, agents, and PR contacts for repeat bookings

**What We're Looking For:**

→ 1–3 years in talent booking, celebrity relations, event coordination, PR, or entertainment outreach

→ Solid communication and negotiation skills — comfortable cold-messaging and following up persistently

→ Competency in creating presentations and posters (Canva/PowerPoint level); basic video editing is a plus

→ Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, outreach drafting, and pitch collateral

→ Existing network in the entertainment/influencer space is a big plus

→ Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning a weekly target

→ Based in or willing to work out of Mumbai
