We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with experience in Commercial Finance, Construction Finance, Developer Finance, Loan Against Property (LAP), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Business Banking, or Wholesale Banking.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing high-value secured lending business, building relationships with developers, channel partners, DSAs, CAs, and commercial property owners while driving business growth.
- Drive business growth for Commercial Finance products through direct sourcing and channel partners.
- Source and acquire current customers for Commercial Finance, LAP, and secured lending products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, DSAs, CAs, brokers, and channel partners.
- Identify lending opportunities for commercial properties, business owners, MSMEs, and developers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Expand the channel network and generate repeat business.
