Role Description
The Event Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and brand activations, to support Aspirence’s growth and client initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing event marketing strategies, coordinating logistics and vendor relationships, managing event budgets and timelines, and ensuring alignment with overall branding and digital campaigns.



The Event Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation, track event performance, and optimize future events based on data and feedback. The role also involves creating event-related content, overseeing on-site setup and engagement activities, and maintaining strong relationships with partners, venues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong event-focused marketing skills, including Event Marketing and Trade Shows experience.
- Proven ability in Event Planning and Event Management, from concept to on-site execution.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams to drive lead generation and support revenue goals.
