Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition while ensuring efficient HR Operations across the organization. The role will primarily focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to support business growth, while also driving employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, performance management, and process excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, a business partnering mindset, and the ability to build scalable HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build workforce plans in consultation with business leaders.
- Forecast hiring requirements based on organizational growth plans.

End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Hire for corporate, technical, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, finance, and leadership positions.




- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and talent availability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring strategies.

Employer Branding
- Strengthen the organization's employer brand across recruitment platforms.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, consultants, and skilled networks.

Talent Sourcing
- Drive sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, job portals, and campus hiring.
- Explore innovative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.

Recruitment Process Improvement
- Standardize interview processes.
- Design competency-based interview frameworks.
- Build recruitment dashboards and reports for lead
