nsibilities:• Lead th

e development, implementation, and management of BIM strategy, standards, and workflows across projects.• Oversee

the creation and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, and templates.• Manage

multidisciplinary BIM models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) across the project lifecycle.• Oversee

clash detection processes, model audits, and resolution strategies using advanced coordination tools.• Establi

sh and enforce quality control standards for construction documentation and model deliverables.• Mentor,

train, and provide technical guidance to BIM engineers, coordinators, and project teams.• Act as

the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders,



and external consultants regarding BIM coordination.Requireme

nts:• Bachelo

r's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.• 6–12 ye

ars of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in a BIM Management or leadership role.• Expert-

level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.• Strong

experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, CDE (Common Data Environment) management, and AutoCAD.• Compreh

ensive knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and best practices.• Excepti
