About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition who will be exclusively responsible for recruitment and workforce hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, particularly gig workforce recruitment, and be capable of closing positions quickly.

Candidates with prior hiring experience for NoBroker, Zoomcar, or similar gig economy/startup companies will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job roles.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Handle bulk hiring and field workforce recruitment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring.
- Experience hiring gig workers, field staff, delivery executives, promoters, sales executives, or similar workforce.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in job portals and recruitment tools.

Preferred Candidates
- Previous recruitment experience with NoBroker, Zoomcar, or other gig economy/startup companies.
- Experience in startup hiring or rapid workforce expansion.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
