Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate qualified B2B sales opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, generating leads through multiple channels, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Identify decision-makers such as IT Managers,



Admin Managers, Procurement Managers, and Facility Heads.
- Contact prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
- Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Experience in cold calling and email outreach.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
