Job Overview
The L1 IT Infrastructure Administrator & IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for providing first-level IT infrastructure support and managing end-user computing services, while playing a key role in IT procurement activities.



A significant focus of this role is engaging with internal business stakeholders to understand their technology requirements, identifying and evaluating suitable vendors and solutions, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring partner deliverables are tracked and fulfilled on time. Contract negotiation and partner finalization are handled by a dedicated Procurement team; this role focuses on the upstream requirements and solution-alignment work as well as downstream delivery follow-up.

Responsibilities
IT Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Engage with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather and clarify business technology requirements.
- Translate business needs into transparent technical and functional specifications for vendor evaluation.
- Research, identify, and shortlist vendors based on capability, fit, track record, and pricing benchmarks.
