Medlysis is looking for passionate and certified medical coders to join our growing HCC coding team.

If you hold an active CPC certification and have a solid foundation in HCC coding and ICD-10-CM with at least 1 year of experience, we want to hear from you

✅ What We're Offering:

• 60-Day Paid Internship (Medical Coder Trainee)

• Stipend during internship period

• Joining Bonus + Full-Time offer after successful completion

• Light chart load (20 charts/day) to focus on quality

• Exposure to US-based HCC Risk Adjustment project (Athena EHR)

? Eligibility:

• Active CPC Certification (mandatory - must be valid and not linked to any other organization)

• Knowledge of HCC coding, ICD-10-CM, and MEAT criteria

• Own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)





• Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

⚠️ Important:

This role requires your CPC certification to be active and independently verifiable. Candidates with inactive or organization-linked certifications will not be considered at this stage.

? After 60 Days:

Candidates who maintain a minimum 98% quality benchmark will be moved to a full-time permanent role with a confirmed salary and joining bonus.
