Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational and employee training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Prepare training schedules, materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for current employees.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external trainers to deliver training sessions.
- Monitor employee participation and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and reports.
- Track employee learning progress and recommend development plans.
- Support leadership development, technical training, and soft skills initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and company policies.
- Stay updated on the latest learning and development trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹11,546.41 - ₹40,943.47 per month
