Role Description
The Assistant Manager Business Development role is a full-time, in office position based in Chandigarh.



This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and supporting revenue growth for Raman & Weil Science’s portfolio of disinfectants and related products. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and engaging healthcare institutions and other key sectors, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and managing client relationships. The role involves coordinating with distributors, internal teams, and global partners to ensure effective product promotion, timely support, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The Assistant Manager Business Development also tracks sales performance, prepares reports, and contributes to strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
