Role Description
The BDO & BDM (Modern Trade) role at Kedia Pavitra is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.



The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing modern trade outlets, key accounts, and regional chains, ensuring solid product placement and visibility. The professional will handle negotiations, trade terms, and promotions, while tracking sales performance and executing growth strategies for the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include market visits, relationship management with store managers and buyers, monitoring competitor activities, and coordinating with internal teams for inventory, merchandising, and marketing support. The role also requires regular reporting, data analysis, and participation in activations or in-store campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or business development, preferably in modern trade or key account management.
- Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder communication
