We are seeking a technically sound Production Executive with specialized knowledge in Offset Printing and commercial printing processes. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, cost estimation, print specification evaluation, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of printing projects. The role requires the ability to calculate production costs and provide accurate rates on the spot, enabling faster client discussions and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements, artwork specifications, material requirements, and printing processes.
- Prepare accurate production costing and rate calculations for various printing jobs.
- Provide immediate commercial and production inputs during client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Evaluate print jobs based on quantity, paper specifications, finishing requirements, and production feasibility.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production partners for quotations, execution, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.




- Conduct quality checks during various stages of production to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate closely with the Team Leader and Operations team for smooth project execution.
- Recommend the most cost-effective and technically feasible production methods.
- Maintain updated knowledge of printing materials, paper grades, inks, finishing processes, and market rates.
- Resolve production-related issues and ensure minimal delays or rework.
- Assist in vendor development and evaluation for specialized printing requirements across India.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Offset Printing processes and commercial printing production.
- Expertise in print costing, estimation, and rate calculation.
- Understanding of paper specifications, GSM, printing techniques, binding, lamination, UV coating, embossing, foil stamping, and other finishing processes.
- Ability to evaluate production
